About Elena Gerasimova BSc (Hons), LicAc, PGDipOHM, MBAcC

Over a decade ago Elena became interested in yoga and its therapeutic benefits. She studied yoga philosophy in the UK, India  and Thailand.Her travels exposed her to many different and ancient therapies widely used in Asia. Acupuncture and herbal remedies became her passion and led her to gain the degree of Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Portsmouth University. She also gained a post-graduate Diploma in Oriental Herbal Medicine and post-graduate Diploma in Toyohari, a unique method of Japanese, pain-free acupuncture.

Elena is now widely practicing pain-free Japanese style acupuncture which she sometimes blends with the traditional Chinese method and other techniques.With the aim of constantly expanding her knowledge and offering her patients the best possible treatments, Elena has completed a number of post-graduate training programmes:
